Describe any challenges you faced in implementing your plan.

In the early stages of our project, we faced the challenge of contacting organizations. We found it very difficult to reach certain groups which contained fleets of vehicles. We faced unreturned telephone calls and e-mails. This difficulty was especially frustrating because contacting these groups was one of the first steps in our project.  Our team called many different groups and companies, and made a breakthrough when we came into contact with our local bus lot. After persevering through a difficult first step, our team handled the rest of the project smoothly.
